Shenk's is a Sour Mash Whiskey made with a substantial amount of rye. The unique character of this 2022 offering results from our aging a portion of the whiskey in special toasted French oak barrels that were made from 24 month air dried wood sourced from the Vosges region of France.

This is perhaps the most complete bourbon I've ever enjoyed. Though I do enjoy many others, this one takes the cake in terms of nose to finish and everything in between. Bold, but not overpowering, smooth, complex, yet very easy to sip and savor. I would recommend it to everyone, but selfishly don't want the world to know about it either! A true gem of a bourbon and in my opinion, the definition of what a bourbon should be.
